Return Policy

 

We want you to feel confident in your Summersōul Swim.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, all items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused

• In their original condition with all tags attached

• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume or other signs of wear

• Returned with the original hygiene liner fully attached and intact

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, soiled, or has had the hygiene liner removed cannot be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
