Summersōul was born in Montreal from a dream shared between two sisters in their early twenties.

Growing up, we were always creating something, drawing, imagining and talking about what we might build together one day. We shared the same love for nature, animals, art, color and the feeling of discovering somewhere new.

Living in Montreal also taught us to appreciate summer differently. It never lasts quite long enough, so whenever the warm days came around, we made the most of them. We swam, played volleyball, spent hours outside, explored and stayed by the water until the sun went down.

Those were the days we looked forward to all year.

And because we practically lived in swimwear during them, we knew how we wanted a bikini to make us feel. Comfortable enough to move in, flattering in the right places, but still colorful, feminine and full of personality.

We struggled to find that.

The swimwear we kept thinking about was the kind we remembered from the 2010s. Bikinis felt playful. There were bold colors, unexpected combinations and so many different cuts and silhouettes. We missed that sense of individuality and wanted to bring some of that spirit back, while creating something entirely our own.

As we grew older, life took us in different directions. One of us followed a love for creativity into graphic design, while the other chose accounting, always with the dream of building something of her own one day. Through it all, the idea of creating something together stayed with us.

Eventually, it became Summersōul swim.

We started designing each piece from the ground up, paying attention to how every line, curve and detail interacts with the feminine silhouette. We wanted shapes that contour and celebrate the body, colors that come alive against the skin and pieces that you can actually move, swim and adventure in.

Nature became our greatest source of inspiration. Tropical water, fruit, flowers, sunsets and the unexpected colors we find outdoors all find their way into what we create.

But Summersōul swim is about more than what we wear.

At its heart is our love for adventure and the world around us. The ocean swims, hidden beaches, long hikes, unfamiliar places and those days spent outside that somehow become the memories you keep forever.

Our biggest dream is to take Summersōul around the world.

We want to travel to bright, tropical places, experience their landscapes and colors for ourselves, and allow those places to inspire what we create next. We hope that one day, every collection will hold a little piece of somewhere we've been and a story behind how it came to life.

We want Summersōul to be a reminder to get outside, be curious, explore somewhere new and make the most of the world around you.

And loving nature also means wanting to protect it.

As we grow, we hope Summersōul can become a way for us to give something back, by supporting environmental initiatives, helping protect the places that inspire us, caring for animals and contributing to communities along the way.

We're only at the beginning, and there is so much we still dream of doing.

Summersōul brings together the things that have always meant the most to us: creativity, color, nature, adventure and the dream of building something meaningful together as sisters.
